Maritime Data Systems develops tracking, routing and platfrom solutions for the maritime community. For this purpose we develop sophisticated algorithms and make use of the newest big data technologies. You work in a team of experienced software developers and  help us to design and develop new software products for the maritime community.

Required skills

• You are in engineering or computer science
• Web development expertise: Java, Tomcat & JBoss  or something similar
• Browser side: Javascript, Angular.js, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
• Good English level (spoken and written)
• Passion for software development and great interest in new technologies

Would be a big plus

• Knowledge of No-SQL databases: MongoDB, Neo4J
• Proven experience in development of software products (commercial, personal or open source)
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Elastic Search
• Passion for ships, weather and to work in an maritime environments
